You provide us with consolidated project requirements and project estimates,
and outsource development to Stylus. Transactions pertaining to development
costs will be between us. You will do final billing with the client.
Option 2: We send a project manager on-site who coordinates with
a dedicated team offshore.
We will deploy a Project Manager to your premises, who will be responsible
for:
- User requirements capture
- Making the SRS, and
- Managing the project with a dedicated team based here in our office.
Option 3: A shared team based in India or on-site
We can share a team on a retainer basis. This means that when your projects
come in, the team will prioritize working on it. There will be a retainer
fee for this arrangement. This will be the minimum amount you will have
to pay per person per month. Another possibility is deploying the team
on-site whenever the project requires it.
